Returns

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

O.TWO.O only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a defective item, contact O.TWO.O customer support with your order details.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error made by O.TWO.O (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders placed on the O.TWO.O website may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
